Cranberry Fruit Salad

This a wonderful alternative to canned cranberries with the can ring indent. Everybody will want this recipe because it is such a fresh tasting fruit salad.


Cranberry Fruit Salad





Crush whole fresh cranberries and a cup of marshmallows in a food processor. When they are blended up add 1 1/2 Cup of sugar or more if needed to make tart cranberries sweet and blend a little more. Pour crushed cranberries in a bowl and add diced up apples, oranges and a can of crushed pineapple minus the juice. I save the juice for sangria.






Mix all fruit and some slivered almonds or walnuts. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
