This recipe was
created because of an abundance of products and a great price on fresh peaches.
Peach Granola Bake
I started by cutting up the peach. I didn’t peel the peach but washed them with
care.
I added some sugar and the amount can vary from ½ Cup to 1
Cup. It depends on how sweet you want it
to be. I added 3 TBS of cornstarch so it
would thicken while cooking.
I poured on top of the peaches some chocolate granola I had
left over from a granola contest. I added a few pats of butter on top of the
granola and put the peach granola bake in the oven on 350 for about 40 minutes or until the peaches are tender.
Let cool and serve with ice cream.
