Cucumber Sauce
I made the cucumber sauce by pouring in 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of Mayo, and 1/3 cup of dill. I mixed it well in my food mixer.
I added one whole english cucumber that has been seeded. Just cut it in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Chop it up good skin and all then add it to the sauce. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Pulse it until it is smooth. Refrigerate for up to one week.
